What do you do when you want cake?

OK...let's be real...I am not a strong person when it comes to cakes and bread and pastries.  I perk up at the very mention of chocolate cake.  I make mewling noises when I drive past a bakery.  It is true.  I am shameless.  I asked for croissants for my birthday.  I have issues.

So when I feel like I can't take it anymore and neeeeed cake and exercise doesn't make me forget it...I have a go to.  So this is sad so don't mock me...

plain yogurt, squeeze of honey, a little cocoa powder and a teaspoon of almond butter and stir.  Kinda tastes like graham crackers.  And then I feel ok.  Not great...but ok.

What do you do?  What do you reach for?
